Conflicts of Interest Committee
Should you feel that there may be a potential Conflict of Interest regarding the Mary Crowley Cancer Research Center and its subsidiaries, please fill out the form below so that our Conflict of Interest Committee may review and address accordingly.
A Conflict of Interest may exist when an Employee of Mary Crowley Cancer Research Center or his or her family member has a financial or fiduciary interest where that interest could influence – or appear to influence – the Employee’s judgment in carrying out his or her job duties. Employees are required to disclose all outside interests that may create a conflict of interest, according to the Mary Crowley Conflicts of Interest policy, and to obtain prior approval for certain of these activities. These situations are subject to careful review to determine whether a conflict exists, and if so, to develop an appropriate process to eliminate or mitigate the potential conflict.
